Mission Statement

With the US housing market slumping CR Property Finders offers a way for agents to make some quick cash in other selling property outside the US, without ever having to leave the US. So if you are already an agent or know someone coming to Costa Rica looking for real estate, give us a call.

What we do

We are always on the lookout for unique properties. We buy and sell single family homes, condos, estates, and land throughout Costa Rica. We are a fast paced company, so our listings are always changing. If you don’t see something that you are looking for on the site please don’t hesitate to call, we buy and sell a lot faster than we update our website. CR Property Finders pays commissions to individuals that played a role in either generating a Costa Rica real estate sale or putting together a group of investors for Costa Rica real estate developments. Our marketing concept is promoted and advertised to individuals, including North American tourists in Costa Rica, so that anyone can be a sales agent for Costa Rica real estate. We have many one-time participants and several that generate more than one lead for us. Basically, you find a buyer, put them in touch with us, once the authenticity of the buyer is made… you get paid. It really is that simple.
